Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex operational or customer issues.

Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and escalations.

Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.

Strong working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.

Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Proven track record in operations, project management, or client success.

High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
