Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of relevant experience in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work on VMS and MSP mandates and handle IT skill requirements.

You will source candidates through job boards like Naukri and Monster and contribute as an individual recruiter in contract staffing (Contract or C2H). Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• End to end recruitment experience.
• Experience working on VMS and MSP.
• Hands-on experience with contract staffing (Contract or C2H).
