Job summary

BCforward in India is seeking a recruiter with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires hands-on experience with VMS and MSP programs and a strong grasp of contract staffing (C2H) across IT roles.

The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven ability to work with major job boards such as Naukri and Monster.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience with VMS and MSP systems.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Proficient with IT skills and job boards like Naukri and Monster.
