Job summary

BCforward is seeking a recruiter with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires hands-on sourcing on VMS and MSP, familiarity with Naukri and Monster, and a strong grasp of IT skills.

The ideal candidate will operate as an individual contributor, handle contract staffing (Contract or C2H), and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close roles efficiently.

• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Proficient with job boards like Naukri and Monster
• Strong understanding of IT skills in recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Handle VMS/MSP requirements and contract staffing assignments.

• Interpret job descriptions and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and candidates.
