Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems and common software applications.
