Job summary

United Poly Engineering is seeking an experienced IT & ERP lead to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ERP deployment, and website maintenance. The role covers network, data security, backups, and vendor coordination, with hands-on support for email, printers, CCTV and biometrics hardware.

The ideal candidate will have graduate-level qualifications and 6–8 years of IT/ERP experience, capable of aligning IT with business goals and ensuring reliable operations across the organization.

• Candidate should possess strong IT knowledge and ability to manage IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop designing, ERP & MS-Office, AutoCAD.
• Work experience in website development, implementation & maintenance.
• Networking knowledge: LAN & WAN configurations; WLAN/WiFi routers.
• Email support for Thunderbird and MS Outlook.
• Troubleshooting PC (Linux & Windows) and printers (Ricoh & HP).
• Domain maintenance and mail server maintenance.
• Internet and intranet troubleshooting.
• CCTV camera maintenance and biometrics hardware upkeep.
• Firewall and antivirus management.
• Monthly data backup of PCs, emails, tally, attendance to external disk.
• Designing and printing company product catalogues, banners, posters, leaflets.
• Designing and printing labels, barcodes, stickers, cards, shipping marks.
• Overseeing overall IT infrastructure related queries.
• Align department goals with company vision and policies; monitor resource utilization.
• Assess, implement & monitor all IT activities for smooth department function.
• Prepare responsibility matrix and supervise performance.
• Develop strategy and oversee operations for IT, security, website, data/network management.
• Develop protocols for secure IT infrastructure utilization.
• Coordinate needs of user departments for IT/ERP/website/communication.
• Manage and maintain network, hardware, software, applications.
• Manage and maintaining data security, usage, backup and other requirements.
• Manage website and domain.
• Manage multimedia, DTP needs.
• Develop, implement and manage ERP system.
• Vendor and service provider management; timely purchasing of materials.

14. Designing & printing labels, barcodes, stickers, cards, shipping marks, etching for the products
15. Looking after companies all IT Infrastructure related quries.
16. To align the goals of the department with the vision and the policies of the company, to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of the same and the measurement of the utilization of resources.
17. To assess, Implement & Monitor all activities required for the smooth function of the Department.
18. To prepare responsibility matrix for your department & to supervise & monitor for the effective & efficient functioning of the department and for the individual appraisal of the personal in the department.
19. To develop a strategy & plan & oversee operation to meet all the IT, communication, security, website, other associated needs & requirements such as hardware/software/application/data/com - munication/Network management.
20. To develop protocols for efficient & secure IT infrastructure and its utilization
21. To identify & coordinate needs of all user departments for their IT, website, ERP, communication etc.. Requirements.
22. To Manage & maintain a robust network, all hardware/applications requirements
23. To Manage & Maintain Data its usage, security, backup and all other requirements.
24. To Manage & Maintain website, Domain etc.
25. To Manage multimedia, DTP Needs of the company.
26. To develop, Implement & Manage ERP system in the company for efficient use of Men, Machinery & Money
27. Management of all vendors & service providers associated with IT department and timely & efficient purchase of material & services there off
28. To identify & manage Biometric data, closed circuits, video, data security, emails, email services, telephones, fax etc
29. To align the goals of the department with the vision and the policies of the company, to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of the same and the measurement of the utilization of resources.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate or Post graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in IT & ERP
