Job summary

Nilkamal is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to manage the group's large-scale IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, storage and virtualization, across multiple locations.

You will partner with business IT teams to plan and execute projects, supervise an outsourced technology partner, ensure delivery within timelines and budgets, and drive incident response, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
• Experience in multi-country / multi-location manufacturing environment.
• ITIL v3 certification is a plus.
• Ability to lead outsourced technology teams and ensure delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive initiatives and manage timelines and budgets.

Job description

• Professional Certifications (I.e., PMP, AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Security Certifications (NIST, ISO 27001) is an added advantage
• 10 15 years' experience in managing large scale IT infrastructure (i.e., Management of

Server, Data Center, Cloud etc.)

• Applicants with experience in managing overall IT infrastructure services for multi country / multi location manufacturing environment would be ideal for this role.

ROLE

• This is a leadership role within IT and in this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT Infrastructure for the Nilkamal Group.
• You will partner with business IT teams to plan and execute projects and provide technology support in aid of implementing business strategy.
• You will be supported by an outsourced team of technology professionals from a reputed technology partner, and will be responsible for managing this outsourced team and ensure delivery.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS -

Datacenter Operations:

• Experience of having worked on large, global IT infrastructure deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go-live period
• ITILv3 certification is a plus
• IT infrastructure knowledge
• Deep understanding of IBM AIX , Storage , backup , Virtualization
• Study existing technology landscape and define infrastructure strategy considering future growth
• Design the HA / DR strategies for datacenter infrastructure, set up processes, services, and tools around the same.
• Oversee build of the environment.
• Leverage appropriate IT services and validate the environment to ensure that it meets all security and compliance controls

Other Responsibilities

• Manage key stake holders across businesses
• Manage technology vendor and manage SLAs for all infrastructure related services
• Manage overall IT infrastructure budget
