Responsibilities

• Define and execute infrastructure and technology operations strategy across a large multi-location environment.
• Ensure high availability and performance of networks, workplace tech, and critical services.
• Lead Infrastructure Operations, Network Ops, End User Services, Workplace Tech, and ITSM functions.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, cloud, firewalls, servers, identity management, collaboration, and enterprise comms.
• Lead workplace tech incl. video conferencing, AV, printing, CCTV, access control, building tech.
• Establish cybersecurity controls, DR, backups, and business continuity plans.
• Drive SLA governance, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor partnerships, procurement, contracts, and tech budgets.
• Build and mentor high-performing infra and ops teams across regions.

Job Description

• Defining and executing the infrastructure and technology operations strategy across a large multi-location environment.
• Ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise networks, workplace technology platforms, communication systems, and critical business services.
• Leading Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, End User Services, Workplace Technology, and IT Service Management functions.
• Managing technology ecosystems including LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, cloud infrastructure, firewalls, servers, identity management platforms, collaboration tools, and enterprise communication systems.
• Overseeing workplace technologies including video conferencing, AV systems, printing infrastructure, CCTV, access control solutions, and integrated building technologies.
• Establishing robust cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery frameworks, backup strategies, and business continuity plans.
• Driving service excellence through SLA governance, operational monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing strategic vendor partnerships, procurement programs, contract negotiations, and technology budgets.
• Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing infrastructure and operations teams across multiple regions.
• Driving technology standardization, modernization, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives to support future business growth.

The Successful Applicant

• 18+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Technology Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure, or IT Service Delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing technology operations across large, distributed, multi-site environments.
• Demonstrated success supporting 2,000+ end users across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, Service Delivery, End User Computing, and Workplace Technology.
• Experience managing enterprise networks, firewalls, cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, identity management systems, and business-critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading large technical teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience with technology procurement, budget ownership, cost optimization, and governance frameworks.
• Exposure to sectors such as commercial real estate, managed environments, retail, business parks, hospitality, or other multi-location operating models will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on operational leadership.
