Job summary

Netpulse Services in Pune is seeking a Senior Manager - NOC & IT Operations to lead our technical operations and infrastructure teams. You will be a hands-on technology leader responsible for IT infrastructure, NOC operations, cloud, virtualization and service delivery.

This role requires senior-level experience, strong incident management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work during North American EST hours from the Pune office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, NOC, Managed Services or Technology Operations.
• 5+ years of technical team leadership/management.
• Strong knowledge across multiple infrastructure domains: IT Infrastructure & Operations, Networking, Windows & Linux, Azure/AWS/Hybrid Cloud, VMware/Hyper-V, Storage/Data Center Operations, Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience in Managed Services / MSP / Multi-client environments is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in Incident Management, SLA Management and Client Escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NOC and IT Infrastructure Operations teams.
• Oversee infrastructure across networking, Windows/Linux, cloud, virtualization, storage and telephony.
• Drive monitoring, alerting, SOPs, runbooks, change management and operational improvements.
• Ensure SLA, service quality and operational performance across IT environments.
• Lead major incidents, technical escalations and client/service delivery issues.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and act as a senior technical authority for the India team.
• Drive infrastructure projects, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and build technical capability within the team.
• Work closely with Canada-based leadership, clients, internal stakeholders and technology vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes and proactive infrastructure management.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager - NOC & IT Operations to lead our technical operations and infrastructure teams in India. The role requires a hands-on, broad-based technology leader with strong experience across IT infrastructure, managed services, NOC operations, cloud, systems, networking, virtualization and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, operational excellence, major incident management, process improvement, project execution and stakeholder/client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NOC and IT Infrastructure Operations teams.
• Oversee infrastructure across networking, Windows/Linux, cloud, virtualization, storage and telephony.

• ITIL or other IT Service Management certifications.
• Azure/AWS, VMware, networking, Unix/Linux or Windows certifications.
• Experience with automation, scripting or AI-assisted IT operations.
