• Provide first-level technical support for hospital staff on IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and system problems.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity across hospital departments.
• Assist in basic administration of Linux/Red Hat servers.
• Support database backups and routine system maintenance tasks.
• Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
• Follow hospital IT security policies and procedures.
• Assist in antivirus management, system updates, and patching.
• Support implementation of data security practices.
• Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and support requests.
• Assist in documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Troubleshooting
