Job summary

Medanta in Ranchi seeks a System Support professional to handle tier-1/2 troubleshooting for HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, and billing modules during OPD and IPD operations. You will monitor system uptime, manage user roles, support HL7/FHIR data exchanges, and train doctors, nurses, and clerks on efficient software workflows.

Additional duties include data entry, master data maintenance, and maintaining issue trackers and approval records as required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience supporting EMR applications & LIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting for HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, and billing modules during OPD and IPD operations.
• Monitor system uptime, review error logs, and manage user roles and permissions.
• Support HL7/FHIR interface data exchanges between the hospital system and other systems.
• Train doctors, nurses, and administrative clerks on efficient software adoption and best practice workflows.
• Carry out data entry processes wherever needed
• Master Data management and maintenance
• Maintaining the tracker of issues reported on day to day
• Maintaining approval records
• Any other duties given by the reporting manager
• Timely status reporting of assigned work
