The Manager IT will be responsible for managing hospital IT systems, infrastructure, software applications, network operations, cybersecurity support, and user service delivery. This requires strong technical knowledge, team coordination, vendor management, and healthcare IT understanding. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of computers, servers, networks, hospital software, data backup, and digital workflows while maintaining system uptime, data security, and efficient technology support across departments.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including hardware, software, network, and application support.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hospital information systems, computers, printers, scanners, and servers.
• Monitor LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and related network systems.
• Coordinate with software vendors for hospital management system issues, updates, and user support.
• Manage user access, email accounts, system permissions, passwords, and IT asset allocation.
• Ensure regular data backup, antivirus updates, cybersecurity checks, and system security compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of IT support requests.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, AMC records, license details, service logs, and support documentation.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of IT equipment and applications.
• Support CCTV, biometric, communication systems, and digital infrastructure when required.
• Train users on hospital software usage, data entry discipline, and basic IT best practices.
