Job summary

Kohinoor Development in Pune, Maharashtra, invites applications for an IT Infrastructure Support Executive to manage desktop and laptop support, printers, and IT peripherals across office sites.

You will install and troubleshoot Windows OS, configure Microsoft 365, and handle networking tasks including LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP. You will also monitor server health, manage IT assets, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L1/L2 desktop and printer support.
• Strong Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
• Ability to manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors.
