Job summary

DeHaat, a leading Agri-Tech startup in India, is seeking an IT Executive to join the IT Infrastructure team. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

The role involves hardware/software/network support, asset management, and IT documentation. A 1-2 year track record and a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in CS/IT are preferred, with exposure to Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms like Google Workspace or Office 365

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MS Office applications; cloud platforms like Google Workspace / Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Support IT team in asset management and IT inventory records.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues related to LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers.
• Contribute to IT documentation: SOPs, knowledge base articles, system configurations.
• Assist with software licensing, updates, and patch management.
• Provide first-level support for email, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
• Participate in IT security awareness initiatives and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

About the Role
