Job summary

DeHaat is seeking personnel for inventory and dispatch coordination to manage inbound stock, GRN, and QC processes. You will ensure items match packing lists and purchase orders, update inventory as received, and prepare daily dispatch reports.

The role involves packaging for vendor returns, completing RMA paperwork, and adhering to FIFO principles while maintaining precise Excel-based records. Fertilizer distribution is also involved.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock inbound, GRN, QC and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Inbound of stocks, GRN, QC & Inventory Management.
• Match deliveries with packing lists and purchase orders.
• Update product inventory as items are received and added to inventory.
• Package products for return to vendors and complete RMA paperwork.
• Prepare dispatch reports daily, by customer.
• Prepare all dispatch documents and plan daily dispatch efficiently.
• Maintain FIFO rules for dispatching and update Dispatch Details in Excel.
• Dispatch fertilizers to required locations.

Job Description

• Inbound of stocks, GRN, QC& Inventory Management
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory.
• Package products for return to vendors and fill out any RMA paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up.
• Arrange goods handling timetables to save time and cost.Preparing dispatch reports of products, customer-wise on a daily basis.
• Preparing all the documents for dispatch on a daily basis. Efficient in daily dispatch planning.
• Following FIFO wise rules for dispatching. Maintaining & updating records Of Dispatch Details on a daily basis in Excel Sheet.
• Fertilizers to be dispatched and delivered to required locations
