Job summary

3i Infotech in Navi Mumbai is seeking candidates for an IT support role responsible for end-to-end IT lifecycle management and asset maintenance across sites. You will liaise with Infra Ops, Finance, Internal IT & Networks, and Audit to support audits and ensure devices run smoothly.

The position requires hands-on L1 support for desktops, laptops, handhelds, and printers, troubleshooting Windows issues and AD access, plus basic network tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on L1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, and barcode devices.
• Troubleshooting Windows OS issues, user login/access (AD), and basic application errors.
• Basic IT asset management including imaging, configuration, and hardware replacement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT lifecycle management, from requirement gathering to maintenance of IT assets.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams such as Infra Ops, Finance, Internal IT & Networks, Audit, etc., for audits.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of IT and network devices across all sites.
• Hands-on experience with Excel for maintaining records.
• Understanding of implementation and support of MDM solutions such as Intune, JAMF, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot OS-level issues remotely.
• Exposure to setting up Town Halls, video conferences, and webinars using different audio and video devices.
• Ability to communicate with TAC support for different OEMs such as Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, and others.
• Proficiency in handling printers from OEMs such as Xerox, HP, Canon, Brother, etc.
• Willingness to visit dark stores and warehouses to understand the nature of the business, if required.

• Strong hands-on experience in L1 support for end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, handheld scanners, printers, and barcode devices
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS issues, user login/access issues (Active Directory), and basic application errors
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management, including system installation, configuration, imaging, and hardware replacement
• Understanding of network fundamentals such as IP addressing, LAN/WAN concepts, and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting including LAN cabling, cable punching, and identifying connectivity issues.
