Job summary

Metro Professional Services is seeking a qualified IT governance professional in Gurugram to oversee partner governance, vendor management and managed services. The role involves ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and performance metrics are met across partnerships.

Key responsibilities include establishing new partner contracts, conducting governance reviews, and driving improvements with stakeholders while mitigating risks. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Partner Governance, Vendor management and Managed Services.
• BE/B.Tech or MCA degree.
• Certifications: ITIL and COBIT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure governance reviews as defined in partner agreements/contracts and closure of actionable items.
• Establish new contracts with partners and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Identify improvements and work with stakeholders to prepare solutions.
• Highlight risks in partners that may become organizational risks and provide oversight.
• Support audits and monitor closure of observations.
