2. 3. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify banking trends, business opportunities, and evolving digital transformation requirements.
3. 4. Support pre-sales and marketing activities including preparation of presentations, proposals, case studies, RFP responses, marketing and campaigns.
4. 5. Collaborate with business and technology teams to support customer interactions, solution consulting, and business growth initiatives.
