Job summary

CSK Information Technology in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Asset Management specialist to manage the asset lifecycle for global US clients. You will coordinate procurement, tracking, and disposal activities and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, strong English communication, ServiceNow proficiency, and ability to develop reports with Power BI to drive asset performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT Asset Management experience for global clients (primarily US region).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure seamless integration of global operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Having Experience in Managing Global Clients in U.S Region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions for asset tracking and management.
• Utilize ServiceNow platform to manage service requests, incidents, and knowledge base articles related to assets.
• Develop reports using Power BI or other tools to provide insights on asset performance metrics such as availability, utilization, and maintenance history.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management for Global Clients Mainly US Region (B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization).
• Strong Communication in English & able to communicate with U.S clients.
• Strong understanding of Asset Tracking, Data Management, Life Cycle Management, Reporting And Analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Servicenow platform for incident & problem management; ability to create custom workflows & approval processes.
