A leading technology firm in India seeks an experienced IT Asset Management professional to own and manage the complete hardware and software asset lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring high accuracy of CMDB and asset data while driving compliance and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM. Excellent communication skills are mandatory for presenting insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM / SAM / CMDB).
• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset management.

• Strong knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices
• Experience with asset discovery tools and integrations
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within ServiceNow Soft Skills & Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to present asset insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
