Responsibilities include ensuring high accuracy of CMDB and asset data while driving compliance and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM. Excellent communication skills are mandatory for presenting insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM / SAM / CMDB).
• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset management.

• Experience with asset discovery tools and integrations
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within ServiceNow Soft Skills & Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to present asset insights to technical and non-technical audiences
