Primarily Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of Job:

The Asset Management associate, you will be responsible helping to maximize the profitability of the business through analysis inventory, recovery of asset from resigned employees, tracking and coordinating to get assets back from resigned employees. Updating status of asset, supporting IT team and keeping Asset inventory up to date.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and track all physical IT Assets of the organisation including Laptops, Desktops, peripherals, physical Servers, Network devices etc.
• IT Asset inventory management.
• Recovery of IT Assets from Black Box exit employees.
• Asset allocation/deallocation.
• IT Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Running and analysing inventories of all IT assets
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best price for assets
• Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies
• Creating documents / approval notes and keeping track of it
• Coordinating with required HR Team globally
• Collaborating, various email communications, tracking and follow-ups for various operations
• Responsible for engaging and managing third-party vendors when acquiring new assets
• Responsible for the monthly reviews of operating reports,

• Computer skills: This role requires performing many manipulations on Excel; therefore, asset management analysts must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
