Job summary

Ifinsol Global is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our US-India IT Asset Management team in Pune. You will focus on asset lifecycle, controls, and delivering reliable customer service to internal customers.

You will collaborate across functions, learn existing processes, and help introduce improvements while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Prior 2–3 years in inventory management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in store inventory management.
• Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Experience with software lifecycle concepts.
• Experience interacting with procurement and vendors.
• Ability to learn and create new processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, inquire and provide options to end user and arrive at solutions.
• Understand IT Asset Lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Learn existing processes and create new ones where none exists.

• Understand customer needs, by enquiring in an inquisitive manner, provide options to end user and together arrive at solutions
• Understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle from Asset acquisition to management and disposal
• Ability to learn existing processes and create new ones where none exists
• Have an eye for detail
• Share knowledge with others in the team
• Not hesitate to reach out to others in team or escape when unclear
• Experience of 2 to 3 years in performing store inventory management tasks
• Experience in or understanding of software lifecycle
• Experience in interacting with procurement team and with vendors, if required
• Collaborate with operations, security, Talent and other teams to get the job done
• Knowledge of advanced features of Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
• Experience of using an Incident or Service request management tool
