Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Pune, India seeks an IC for an Application Support role providing 16/7 production support for business-critical applications. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolutions within SLAs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 16/7 application support for production environments.
• Monitor applications and proactively identify issues.
• Analyze incoming tickets, determine the nature and severity of incidents, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Update incident/service tickets with troubleshooting details and resolution status.
• Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.
• Perform activities such as email notifications, service restarts, and process validations as part of support responsibilities.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and permanent fixes.
• Participate in incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
