Job summary

DMart in India is seeking a senior production support leader with 7-13 years of experience to manage and mentor a production support team. The role focuses on troubleshooting Java or Golang applications, operating with Linux/Unix, and ensuring high availability of critical systems in a retail domain.

You will work with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, using Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and other tools to monitor and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 7-13 years of experience in Applications/Production Support with at least 2 years of experience leading production support teams.
• Strong understanding of Java or Golang applications for production troubleshooting and issue analysis.
• Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL database troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and log analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Major Incident Management.
