About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment, preferably from leading implementation partners or large IT services organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring technology professionals for enterprise transformation programs and managing high-volume, time-sensitive hiring demands.

This role will support staffing requirements for a strategic global banking client through our organization. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing high-quality technology talent across multiple skill areas while ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, domain expertise, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Understand complex technical requirements and quickly identify suitable candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to prioritize critical positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and turnaround time.

Required Experience

• 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Prior experience working with a leading IT services or implementation partner is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting for enterprise clients, particularly within regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Strong understanding of the IT hiring lifecycle and technology skill sets.
• Experience managing multiple positions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
