Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced IRM Architect to lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions across Pan India. You will drive platform strategy, integration, and governance while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years in IT, deep ServiceNow IRM/GRC expertise, and hands-on experience across risk management, compliance, TPRM, and audit modules. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with: ServiceNow Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Audit Management.
• Experience in solution design and architecture governance.
• Integration and data model design expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
