Job summary

The Glove is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect to own end-to-end solution design and technical leadership for risk, policy, and audit management. You will translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, guide implementation teams, and drive upgrades, integrations, and best practices across the GRC/IRM program.

Qualifications

• 1115 years of overall IT experience (typo in source but included as stated).
• Strong enterprise-level ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Proven experience in end-to-end GRC/IRM implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, application design, data models, workflows, and platform configuration.
• Good knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies / UI Actions, ACLs and Roles, Flow Designer / Workflows, Scripting, Scoped Applications.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of upgrade-safe ServiceNow development practices.
• Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.

• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and customizations for scalability, security, maintainability, and upgrade compatibility.
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow GRC/IRM and enterprise applications/data sources.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and act as the technical SME for GRC/IRM workstreams.
