AdaniConneX is seeking an experienced professional to manage Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and contractor workforce at the Panvel site. The role will ensure harmonious employee relations, regulatory adherence, and smooth site administration to support business operations.

The ideal candidate holds MSW / MBA- HR/IR / MHRM with 5–12 years in IR, and has strong knowledge of labor laws and workforce management, particularly in manufacturing or large projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience 5–12 years in IR, compliance and admin at site level.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and workforce management.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, infrastructure or large project environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Industrial Relations and maintain a positive site environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Liaise with labor authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support HR and IR policy implementation and best practices.
  • Carry out domestic inquiries and disciplinary processes when required.
  • Monitor contractor labor deployment and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain statutory records and compliance trackers.
  • Coordinate vendor management, service contracts, and admin tasks.
  • Oversee office facilities, transport, and site support services.
  • Track contractor licenses, insurance, payments and certifications.

Purpose of the Role

To manage Industrial Relations (IR), statutory compliance, contractor workforce management, employee grievance handling, and administration activities at the site. The role will ensure harmonious employee relations, regulatory compliance, efficient site administration, and support smooth business operations.


Qualification:

MSW, MBA - HR/IR, MHRM

Experience: 5 -12 Years.


Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations (IR)
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations and positive environment at site.
  • Handle workforce-related issues, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Liaise with labor authorities, government departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support implementation of HR and IR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct domestic inquiries and disciplinary processes when required.
  • Monitor contractor labor deployment and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain records related to labor licenses, registers, inspections, and statutory returns.

Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislations including:
    • CLRA Act
    • Shops & Establishment Act
    • Factories Act
    • Industrial Relations Code
    • Social Security Code
    • Minimum Wages Act
    • Payment of Wages Act
    • EPF & ESIC Regulations
  • Coordinate audits and inspections from government authorities.
  • Maintain statutory documentation and compliance trackers.

Administration
  • Coordinate vendor management and service contracts.
  • Monitor office infrastructure, asset management, and workplace facilities.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of employee transport, accommodation, and support services.

Contractor Management
  • Monitor contractor workforce attendance and compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of contractor bills and supporting documents.
  • Track contractor licenses, insurance, statutory payments, and certifications.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews of contractors and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exposure to manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, construction, industrial parks, logistics, data center, or large project environments.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and workforce management.
  • Experience handling labor authorities and external agencies.
