Gallagher & Mohan Pvt Ltd. in India seeks an Investor Relations & CRM Analyst to support a US-based private equity client. You will own CRM accuracy, build intelligence on investors, brokers, lenders, and partners, and prepare materials that reach LPs and internal stakeholders.

The role is research-driven and detail-heavy, not lead generation. You will maintain clean records, timely investor updates, and ensure the deal team has reliable information.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in CRM/database management or investor relations support
• Hands-on ownership of a CRM system with data hygiene and deduplication
• Strong written English; ability to draft investor communications
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US business hours

Responsibilities

• Build biographies of key contacts from internal records and external sources
• Maintain categorized contact reference lists for investors, LPs, advisors and partners
• Source and verify data from signatures, LinkedIn, websites and approved sources
• Own CRM records accuracy for investors, brokers, lenders, tenants; deduplicate and merge records
• Log investor activity after meetings, calls and emails; upload memos and docs
• Prepare materials for meetings and investor updates; support quarterly/annual reporting cycles

What we are looking for:-

We are hiring an Investor Relations & CRM Analyst to support the business and investor relations function of a US-based real estate private equity client. You will own the accuracy of the CRM, build and maintain intelligence on investors, brokers, lenders, and partners, and prepare the materials that reach LPs and internal stakeholders.

The work is research-driven and detail-heavy. It is not lead generation. Success in this role looks like clean records, timely investor updates, and a deal team that never has to question the information in front of them.

Job responsibilities:

• Build professional biographies of key contacts using internal records and external research
• Maintain categorized contact reference lists covering investors and LPs, advisors, partners, vendors, and key relationships
• Source and verify contact data from email signatures, LinkedIn, company websites, and other approved sources.

CRM & Database Management

• Own the accuracy of CRM records for investors, brokers, lenders, and tenants, including deduplication and record merges
• Keep contact fields current: email, phone, title, company, mailing address, LinkedIn, website, and referral source
• Log investor activity promptly after every meeting, call, and email exchange
• Upload and organize subscription agreements, term sheets, and memos across the CRM and Box.

Reporting & Investor Communication

• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and investor updates covering current and prospective investments
• Draft and review emails, reports, summaries, and recurring internal update documents
• Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles through data gathering, document organization, and coordination across teams

Marketing & Operational Support

• Support blast email and text campaigns, and maintain list hygiene through verification tools
• Upload and maintain media and visual assets in designated systems
• Monitor key calendars, track follow-ups, and manage inbox triage including flagging and drafting responses
• Handle confidential investor and deal information with discretion.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in CRM database management, investor relations support, business development support, or research operations
• Hands‑on ownership of a CRM system, including data hygiene and deduplication (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamo, Juniper Square, or similar)
• Strong written English; this role drafts correspondence that reaches investors
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US business hours.
• This role involves assisting the Higher Management/CEO & stakeholders in their work.

Preferred

• Experience preparing investor reporting packs or board and LP materials
• Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
