Durucooperation is seeking an Investor Relations Associate in Bengaluru to support investor communication, financial reporting, market research, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding of financial markets.
The candidate will prepare investor materials, track performance, and coordinate with Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Communications to ensure timely disclosures and insights.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support investor communication, financial reporting, market research, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate financial information into clear and concise investor-facing communication.
Support investor relations activities and maintain regular communication with investors and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing investor presentations, financial updates, reports, and corporate communications.
Track and analyze company financial performance, industry trends, market developments, and competitor information.
Assist in preparation of earnings materials, management presentations, investor updates, and briefing documents.
Coordinate investor meetings, calls, presentations, and other stakeholder engagements.
Maintain investor databases, interaction records, and relevant IR documentation.
Monitor stock/market movements and prepare periodic market and investor intelligence reports.
Coordinate with Finance, Strategy, Corporate Communications, and senior management for accurate and timely information.
Respond to investor queries and ensure appropriate follow-up with internal stakeholders.
Support preparation of regulatory and financial disclosures, as required.
Assist in developing insights and recommendations based on investor feedback and market analysis.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or related functions.
Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance concepts.
Excellent analytical, research, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with financial data and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional stakeholder management.
