Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Development, or CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial and real estate investment concepts.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work with US-based teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with existing and prospective investors through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Respond to investor queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information.
• Maintain and update investor records, investment details, commitments, contributions, and distributions.
• Prepare and distribute investor updates, reports, presentations, and investment-related materials.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and other teams to collect information for investor reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective investors and support the management of the investor pipeline.
• Assist with investor onboarding and the collection of required documentation.
• Support fundraising activities, investor meetings, webinars, and presentations.

About the Role

• Familiarity with CRM or investor management platforms.
