Job summary

AECOM in Mumbai is seeking a Store/Inventory Supervisor - Wind PMC to oversee receipt, storage, preservation, issuance, and reconciliation of wind turbine components, electrical materials, BoP equipment, and commissioning spares. The role ensures material traceability and inventory accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

You will maintain inventory records, coordinate with Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and Commissioning teams, and address material availability risks to enable smooth

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 5–10 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or material management.
• Experience supporting wind, power or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receipt inspections, storage, preservation, and handling of wind project materials.
• Maintain inventory records for shortages, damages, surplus materials, and replacements.
• Track WTG component allocation, commissioning spares, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.
• Identify material availability risks and preservation non-compliances.
• Support inventory reconciliation and final handover activities.

The Store / Inventory Supervisor - Wind PMC will be responsible for monitoring receipt, storage, preservation, issuance, and reconciliation of WTG components, electrical materials, BoP equipment, consumables, and commissioning spares.
