Job summary

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or related degree in SCM/Engineering.

• SCM certifications preferred; MDCC/expediting training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track wind turbine components, BoP equipment, cables and spares through manufacture and delivery.
• Review logistics readiness for oversized components and routes.
• Identify shortages, delays, damages and expediting needs.
• Coordinate status with stores, planning and construction teams.
• Maintain delivery-risk records for PMO reporting.

Education B.E. / B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering; MBA / PG Diploma in SCM preferred. Certification / Training CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / logistics or procurement certification preferred; MDCC, IRN, expediting and vendor inspection process training desirable.

Overview Monitor Wind equipment procurement and delivery interfaces, including large-component logistics and schedule-critical material readiness. Accountability Boundary Owns monitoring of supply and logistics; Store controls physical custody, QA/QC addresses acceptance documentation, and contractor/OEM procures/transports equipment.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Track WTG components, BoP/USS equipment, cables, spares and electrical materials through manufacture, inspection, dispatch, transport and receipt.
• Review logistics readiness for oversized components, routes, storage/preservation and erection-sequence demands.
• Identify shortages, delayed deliveries, damaged equipment and replacement/expediting requirements.
• Coordinate supply status with Store/Inventory Supervisor, Planning and Construction teams.
• Maintain delivery-risk and recovery-action records for package and PMO reporting.
• Provide delivery facts supporting contractual/commercial or schedule assessments.
