Responsabilidades

• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals, OT consumables, hospital consumables, stationaries, implants, uniforms, and other supplies.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Manage and optimize inventory budget.
• Supervise and train inventory team members.

Job Title: Inventory Manager - Multispecialty Hospitals

Reports To: Director / Head - Operations / Procurement

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations for our chain of multispecialty hospitals in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, minimizing costs, and optimizing stock levels across all hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including tendering, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals, OT consumables, hospital consumables, stationaries, implants, uniforms, and other hospital supplies
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
• Analyze inventory data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with hospital departments to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Manage and optimize inventory budget
• Supervise and train inventory team members

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA/PGDM with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Materials Management is preferred
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain management (e.g., CSCMP, CPIM) is a plus
