Job summary

Everest Fleet in Gurugram seeks a seasoned Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse inventory operations across multiple locations. You will monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and lead a team to optimize controls and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7–8 years of inventory/warehouse management experience, strong knowledge of stock control and ERP/MIS tools, and excellent analytical and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Track inventory movement, consumption, and ageing.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of inventory.
• Develop and implement inventory control SOPs.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Minimize inventory losses through effective controls.
• Lead and mentor the inventory team to achieve operational excellence.
