Job summary

NoBroker is seeking an experienced Inventory Unit Lead in Bengaluru to oversee inventory operations and drive accuracy and efficiency. You will lead the Inventory Operations team, coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, and implement controls to reduce stock loss while maintaining service levels.

You will manage stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS data integrity, while generating MIS reports and guiding continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS software.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

Eligibility


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 36 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.

  • Experience with ERP/WMS software.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, or Technology-driven Operations.

  • Strong understanding of Inventory KPIs and process optimization.

  • Knowledge of barcode/RFID-based inventory systems is an added advantage.
