Job summary

Lifestyle International Private Limited is seeking a store/inventory professional to manage inward stock, conduct audits, and ensure accurate stock reconciliation at the Nagpur store. The role focuses on tight control of inventory, minimizing losses, and coordinating with warehouses and vendors.

The candidate will lead a team, perform season stock takes, and monitor stock discrepancies, with emphasis on accuracy in click-and-collect and non-trade consumption analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling inward stock and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ability to train store teams on inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Inward stock from warehouses and vendors into the store as per defined timelines and process.
• Conduct PI and GC as per schedule and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report transit loss, stock damage and discrepancy (GIT reconciliation).
• Perform cash audits as per defined norms.
• Plan and conduct season stock takes.
• Analyze negative stock inventory at stores and share with stakeholders.
• Monitor and verify click and collect transactions with reference to stock.
• Undertake non trade consumption analysis and share with stakeholders.
• Train the store team on the inventory process (inward, outward, audit, etc.).
• Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job.
