Job summary

Lifestyle International Private Limited in Mysore seeks an Operations role to ensure store SOPs, ambience, hygiene and omni-channel processes are followed. You will supervise customer touchpoints, cash operations, and asset handling in collaboration with stakeholders.

The position requires Graduation/B.Com. with strong focus on operations, people management and vendor coordination in a retail environment. Store-level leadership offers growth and exposure to promotions and HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent.
• Commerce background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to the retail SOPs, retail standards, ambience, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
• Check and ensure all customer service touch points are manned as per required norms (CSD, store entrance, fitting rooms, baggage counter etc.)
• Review and ensure cash tills are operational as per defined norms in collaboration the relevant stakeholders
• Verify cash operations as per defined norms to detect errors and fraud
• Review and ensure all HSE processes and checklists are adhered to
• Review and ensure adherence to the asset inward, transfer and disposal processes
• Review and ensure compliance to perpetual inventory and global count processes
• Implement the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
• Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
• Work with the vendors to ensure availability of manpower as per defined budgets (housekeeping, security, casual laborers etc.)
• Review and ensure adherence to the standards of customer service
• Follow up and ensure all customer issues and complaints are resolved as per defined timelines
• Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job
