Job summary

Lifestyle International Private Limited in Bengaluru's Bhartiya City LS store is seeking an inventory coordinator to support defined stock processes, ensuring efficient inward, outward, stock takes, and audits.

You will work with planning, warehouses, and store teams to monitor transit loss, discrepancies, and wastage, conduct stock takes, and train staff on inventory controls, including SIM and Wooqer operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required with emphasis on inventory or retail operations.
• Bachelor’s course in any field relevant to operations is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Inward stock from warehouses and vendors into the store as per defined timelines and process.
• Execute indents raised by planning team as per defined timelines.
• Perform DSD process at stores with timely docket submission to warehouse and reconciliation.
• Support PI as per defined schedule and share findings with stakeholders.
• Conduct season stock takes as per plan and timelines.
• Monitor and report transit loss, stock damage, and discrepancies.

Job Description

Role Summary

Provide support in implementing the defined inventory processes at the store to enhance efficiencies in stock handling (stock inward, stock take and stock outward)

Summary Of Role Responsibilities

• ? Inward stock from the warehouses and vendors into the store as per defined timelines and process ?
• ? Provide support in conducting PI and GC as per the schedule and share findings with the relevant stakeholders ?
• ? Monitor and report transit loss, stock damage and discrepancy (GIT reconciliation) ?
• ? Provide support in performing cash audits as per defined norms ?
• ? Conduct season stock takes as per defined plan and timelines ?
• ? Analyze the negative stock inventory at the stores and share with the relevant stakeholders ?
• ? Monitor and verify the click and collect transactions with specific reference to stock ?? Undertake non trade consumption analysis and share with relevant stakeholders ?
• Train the store team on the inventory process (inward, outward, audit, etc.)

Key Job Responsibilities

• ? Inward stock from the warehouses and vendors into the store as per defined timelines and process ?
• ? Execute the indents raised by the planning team as per defined timelines ?

• ? Perform a random GC for one brand on a daily basis ?
• ? Conduct season stock takes as per defined plan and timelines ?
• ? Provide support in performing cash audits as per defined norms ?
• ? Validate the stock adjustments and update the same in SIM (with reference to shrinkage) ?
• ? Update the damaged products in wooqer ?
• ? Monitor and report transit loss, stock damage and discrepancy (GIT reconciliation) ?
• ? Handover the excess merchandise to the relevant stakeholders in the concept ?
• ? Analyze the negative stock inventory at the stores and share with the relevant stakeholders ?
• ? Verify the vehicle seal, documentation and scan the containers before moving into concepts ?
• ? Scan vendor stocks along with the brand staff (inward and outward – excluding the MTRV period) ?
• ? Pack and dispatch the stock to warehouse as per defined norms ?
• ? Provide support in auditing and tallying the ORPOS reports with reference to merchandise (suspended transactions, deleted transactions, exchange and cash refund) ?
• ? Highlight discrepancies in stock to the relevant stakeholders (vendor and internal discrepancies) ?
• ? Verify the back-store and damage merchandise with the concept ?
• ? Verify the alteration merchandise ?
• ? Support the concepts during EOSS (clearing of merchandise from trial room, cash counters etc.) ?
• ? Provide support in training the store team on the inventory process (inward, outward, audit, etc.) ?
• ? Track the security tags movement between locations ?
• ? Issue barcodes to the WBC merchandise ?
• ? Provide support in preparing the MIS as per defined norms
