Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, storekeeping or stock auditing.
• Experience with physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel: sorting, filters, VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly physical stock counting and cycle counting.
• Check physical stock against ERP/Excel records, purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess, damage or mismatch.
• Maintain stock registers, tally sheets, bin cards and inventory records.
• Track incoming and outgoing stock and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure proper bin tagging, product labeling and stock arrangement.
• Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory records.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock variance and reconciliation reports.
• Support internal and external stock audits.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Help maintain proper inventory processes during the WMS implementation phase.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical products.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Counting Executive to manage physical stock counting, inventory checking and reconciliation at our regional warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, identifying stock differences and maintaining proper inventory records using Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly physical stock counting and cycle counting.
• Check physical stock against ERP/Excel records, purchase orders and delivery documents.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, storekeeping or stock auditing.
• Experience in physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel – sorting, filters, VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
