Job summary

Vinpro Global Services is hiring for an ITC Warehouse role in the Chennai region. The candidate will perform daily IRA stock verifications across goods including foods and personal care items, and handle POD scanning for multiple channels.

The role requires diligence, Excel proficiency, and a readiness to learn while reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Immediate joiners are preferred, with responsibilities covering invoice verification, market returns, and month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a decent academic record.
• Proficiency in Excel and computer fundamentals; 3–9 months of experience.
• Role reports to Warehouse Manager; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily IRA checks of all stocks at Chennai Warehouse (foods, personal care products, matches, agarbatti, tobacco, etc.).
• Conduct POD scanning.
• Scan Modern Trade, Executive Channel and Institutional Channel PODs.
• Check statutory compliance at each warehouse location.
• Verify and report all invoices, LR and related documents for the last working day of the month.
• Daily Market Return Verification.
• Verify and report the first five invoices of the first working day of the following month.

Role & responsibilities

About the role

(i) To carry out complete daily IRA checks of all stocks at our Chennai Warehouse (including Foods, Personal Care Products, Matches, Agarbatti, Tobacco etc.) on a daily basis.

(ii) Conduct POD scanning

(iii) Modern Trade, Executive Channel and Institutional Channel POD Scanning.

(iv) To check statutory compliance at each warehouse location mentioned above.

(v) All Invoices, LR and relevant documents for the last working day of the month to be verified and reported.

(vi) Daily Market Return Verification

(vii) First five invoices of the first working day of the following month to be verified and reported.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates with reasonable good academic record,
• Good Integrity, Excel and Computer Knowledge with 3-9 mths experience. Should be sincere, honest and willing to learn and adapt.
• The staff will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
• Immediate Joiners preferred
