Job summary

Arihant Maxell Technologies in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced inventory professional to own end-to-end operations across inward movement to final dispatch. You will manage SKU-level stock, track imports, and coordinate dispatches with strong ERP and Excel capabilities.

The role requires 8+ years in inventory/warehouse/supply chain operations, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to drive improvements in processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end inventory operations, from inward movement to final dispatch.
• Manage and maintain accurate SKU-level inventory, stock records, and material movements.
• Monitor TAT across inventory and dispatch processes and identify delays before they become issues.
• Coordinate and track import-related inventory activities, including documentation and material movement.
• Plan and monitor dispatches, stock availability, and material requirements to keep operations moving.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the right material reaches the right place at the right time.
• Maintain strong control over stock accuracy, documentation, inward/outward records, and inventory reconciliation.
• Use ERP systems confidently for inventory transactions, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Handle Excel-based inventory analysis and reporting.
• Identify inventory gaps, excess stock, slow-moving items, and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper documentation related to imports, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
• Support continuous improvement in inventory and supply chain processes.

THE ROLE

WHAT WILL BE ON YOUR DESK?

• Take ownership of end-to-end inventory operations, from inward movement to final dispatch.
• Manage and maintain accurate SKU-level inventory, stock records, and material movements.
• Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) across inventory and dispatch processes and identify delays before they become operational issues.
• Coordinate and track import-related inventory activities, including documentation and material movement.
• Plan and monitor dispatches, stock availability, and material requirements to keep operations moving without unnecessary bottlenecks.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the right material reaches the right place at the right time.
• Maintain strong control over stock accuracy, documentation, inward/outward records, and inventory reconciliation.
• Use ERP systems confidently for inventory transactions, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Handle Excel-based inventory analysis and reporting — because knowing the stock is one thing; knowing what the numbers are telling you is another.
• Identify inventory gaps, excess stock, slow-moving items, and process-level issues and take corrective action.

Maintain proper documentation related to imports, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements.

Support continuous improvement in inventory and supply chain processes.
