• Flag discrepancies immediately if production lags behind sales or inventory piles up.
• Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods levels.
• Establish and maintain "Safety Stock" levels in Excel to absorb shifts in sales or delays.
• Generate weekly and monthly balance reports for management.
• Use Excel formulas to forecast future stock needs based on historical sales trends.

• Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods levels.
