Job summary

Luxury Personified is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, timely system updates, proper material storage, and smooth movement of materials. The role emphasizes receiving, inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation, and regular audits.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in inventory/store management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing, with working knowledge of ERP software and MS

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA/BMS – Operations/Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in inventory/store/warehouse operations.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, electrical/electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of inward/outward processes, GRN, stock reconciliation, physical verification, inventory adjustments, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, ensuring smooth and accurate movement of materials.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase/order documents and ensure timely system/GRN entries.
• Maintain accurate physical and system stock records, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
• Manage material issuance, transfers, returns, and outward movements with proper authorization and documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, organization, and safe handling of all materials within the store.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual stock verification.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
• Monitor and report slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and ageing inventory for planning.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other internal teams for smooth material movement and documentation.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports and maintain all relevant documentation.

The role will be responsible for material receiving, inward and outward entries, stock reconciliation, physical inventory audits, inventory reporting, and coordination with internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory/store management, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, electrical/electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry, with good working knowledge of ERP/software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities – Inventory Executive

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, ensuring smooth and accurate movement of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA/BMS – Operations/Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in inventory/store/warehouse operations.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, electrical/electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of inward/outward processes, GRN, stock reconciliation, physical verification, inventory adjustments, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/store environment and handling physical inventory.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting timelines.
