Job summary

Dr Reddys Foundation (DRF) is seeking a trainer to design and deliver soft skills and teaching-methodology programs for students in Hyderabad. You will engage learners through practical exercises and assess progress to ensure measurable outcomes.

Additionally, you will collaborate with faculty to weave training into the academic program, create assessments, and provide personalized coaching to boost academic and extracurricular performance with strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience as a trainer or instructor in education/training industry.
• Strong knowledge of soft skills and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for students on soft skills, communication skills, classroom management, presentation skills, and teaching methodologies.
• Develop curriculum materials and assessments to evaluate student progress.
