Job Role: Trainer

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Trainer is responsible for delivering effective classroom training in assigned schools, ensuring student engagement, maintaining accurate records, conducting assessments and examinations, submitting reports, and coordinating with school stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1 Training Delivery

• Deliver offline training sessions as per approved curriculum, LMS modules, and project schedule.
• Ensure effective classroom management, student participation, and achievement of learning objectives.
• Complete assigned training batches within defined timelines.

2 Session Preparation & Coordination

• Prepare training materials and ensure classroom/LMS readiness before sessions.
• Coordinate with School SPOCs for session planning and smooth training execution.

3 Examination & Assessment

• Conduct examinations as per the approved schedule and project guidelines.
• Ensure proper execution of assessments and maintain examination records.
• Evaluate answer sheets/assessment records and submit results within the defined timelines.
• Support student performance tracking and provide feedback wherever required.

4 Attendance, Documentation & LMS Management

• Maintain accurate student attendance and session records.
• Update student details, session completion, attendance, and performance data on the LMS.
• Submit required documentation including attendance sheets, session photographs, assessment records, and reports.

5 Reporting & Monitoring

• Submit daily reports including batch details, topics covered, attendance, issues, and upcoming plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per project requirements.
• Track student progress and maintain required training data.

6 Coordination & Issue Resolution

• Coordinate with school authorities and project teams for smooth program delivery.
• Escalate issues related to infrastructure, attendance, scheduling, or technical challenges to the Senior Trainer/Project Lead.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (IT/Computer Science preferred).
• 05 years of experience in training, teaching, or education projects.
• Experience in school-based training programs will be an added advantage.
