Job summary

Pinnacle Talent Partners in Pune is seeking an experienced International Voice Process professional to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries across products, services, billing or technical issues, and document interactions in the CRM.

This role emphasizes accurate information, high customer satisfaction, adherence to process guidelines, and meeting productivity targets, with rotational shifts and cab facility as highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO / International Voice Process
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
