Position: Customer Service Advisor US E-Commerce Process (Voice)
Location: Pune

Eligibility Criteria

• Insurance Customer Service
• International voice process experience preferred/required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

• 5.5 days working
• Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Fixed weekly offs or fixed leave schedules cannot be committed.

Training

• Process Training: 5 Days
• Nesting Period: 5 Days (Live calls with support)
• Minimum 85% passing score required at each stage.
