Job summary

2COMS is recruiting for a premium client's international voice/customer service team in Bangalore. The role requires handling customer interactions via voice channels with professionalism, understanding requirements, and providing timely resolutions.

You will follow SOPs, maintain records, and meet productivity and quality targets. Night shifts included in a 24x7 rotation; candidates must be willing to work from office.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience in International Voice / Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills.

• Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
