Job summary

VARITE India Private Limited is hiring for international chat and email support professionals to join our team in Bengaluru. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and comfortable working US shifts; strong written communication is essential.

You will respond to inbound inquiries using cloud-based tools, research policies, and provide accurate solutions while maintaining high service quality. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates and graduates.
• 1 year of experience in international chat and email support.
• Freshers to <24 months (U1); >24 months (U2) with voice exp counted 100% and non-voice 50% weightage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts and provide solutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate customer service and document topics in tools.
• Handle difficult interactions professionally and maintain productivity and quality.

Essential Job Functions:

Eligibility:

Experience:

Freshers to less than 24 months – U1; more than 24 months – U2 ( Only voice experience to be considered 100% and Non Voice/Backend etc will have 50% weightage)

Required Skills:

Excellent voice communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office; typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Transport:

Two-way transportation will be provided.

• HR screening, typing test, SVAR assessment (minimum score 60), Operations round, and HR / offer discussion

Experience Level Bonus Referral:

0-2 years INR 5,000

2-6 years INR 7,500

6+ years INR 10,000
